Course Description
Speech I is a semester long course for a high school students that is designed to provide students with the basic skills of oral communication (including the communication process, speech production and delivery, and critical listening).
The speech curriculum is designed to provide an opportunity for students to understand the importance and variety of speech communications in a modern world, and to become aware of the processes and mechanisms of speech, thereby gaining the ability to control these processes and mechanisms for the achievement of their goals
